1. About us

Houston Extended Staycurates and manages fully furnished extended-stay rentals in the Houston, Texas area. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Houston Extended Stay. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. Using the site

• You must be at least 18 years old to submit a booking request, screening, or homeowner inquiry.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You agree not to misuse the site (for example, by attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, scrape content, or interfere with service).

3. Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

A booking request submitted through this site is an inquiry and is not a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to review, screening, and written confirmation from Houston Extended Stay. Rates, taxes, fees, and availability shown on the site are estimates and may change until the booking is confirmed and paid.

Once a booking is confirmed, the reservation is governed by the rental agreement we send you, which supplements these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the rental agreement controls for that booking.

4. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

• Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card provider.
• Cancellation terms, deposits, and refund eligibility are described in the specific rental listing and the rental agreement for your stay. Please review them before paying.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion if the property becomes unavailable, screening results are unsatisfactory, or we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. In those cases we will refund amounts already paid, unless prohibited by law.

5. Screening

For certain stays we ask guests to complete a short screening that may include employment, income, references, an ID upload, and a basic background check. By submitting a screening you authorize us to verify the information provided. Screening results are used solely to qualify a stay.

6. House rules

Each property has house rules covering occupancy, quiet hours, smoking, pets, parking, and similar matters. House rules are part of the rental agreement for that stay and must be followed. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

7. Homeowner services

If you submit a homeowner inquiry, you authorize us to contact you about managing or partnering on your property. Any property management relationship is governed by a separate written management agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The website, including text, photos, logos, branding, and code, is owned by Houston Extended Stay or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, mapping, analytics, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that listing details are complete or up to date at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Extended Stay and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the site or any booking. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or a booking will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houston Extended Stayand our affiliates, officers, and staff from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another party.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
